Welcome to The Cuban Camden's Kitchen
Cuban cooking is one of the most diverse cuisines found in the world, influences include Spanish, African, Chinese and Portuguese cultures. There are two very distinctive styles of cooking: “the classic” method whose techniques and ingredients have been in use for centuries across the island, and “the new”, more commonly known as ‘Nuevo Cubano’, which uses a variety of fresh herbs and spices from other worldly cuisines.
Our menu reflects the fun, sharing side of food, using some of the finest ingredients available. Our chef’s make their own marinades and mojos (traditional dipping sauces) and source many of their fresh ingredients locally. Every effort is made to avoid monosodium glutamate or artificial additives.
We have just launched a new menu created by our new Head Chef David Parra Galvis. We have kept some of your favourite Tapas dishes, whilst adding a few traditional cold tapas dishes & a new selection of Quesadillas. We have also now introduced a Traditional Roast Dinner available only on Saturdays & Sundays at a mouth-watering price of ONLY £8.95 or £7.95 for our vegetarian option.
