Welcome to the Cuban Kitchen where our Chefs prepare fresh mouth-watering dishes!

Cuban Cooking is one of the most diverse cuisines to be found in the world, having been influenced by Spanish, French, African, Arabic, Chinese and Portuguese cultures. However, there are two distinctive styles of cooking: "the classic" whose techniques and ingredients have been in use for centuries across the island and "the new," labelled Nuevo Cubano, which adds a variety of herbs and spices from other cuisines. In this menu our chefs have tried to incorporate both the new and the old.

With extensive Tapas, a Lighter Selection, Grills, Seafood, Vegetarian Dishes & Desserts we are sure you will find something to tantalise your taste buds.

All our meats, fish, vegetables, marinades & mojos (traditional Cuban dipping sauces) are freshly prepared in-house every day. Every effort is made to avoid monosodium glutamate or any artificial additives and we source only the freshest local ingredients.

	Our Paella is cooked fresh every day. As a dish, Paella takes some time to cook, allowing the flavours to fuse. As a result we ask you not to be too disappointed if it is unavailable.
